Below are links for LVHN/CH Booklet of Return to Sports Recommendations and COVID Return to Sports FAQ. I have also attached the parent/guardian and athlete waiver to return to participate for practices. Each Cheerleader must have this signed and returned to the Trainers during their prescreening before they arrive at the start of their first practice. As was instructed during our Zoom Meeting and Phone conversations. Cheerleaders and parent/guardian were instructed to review the Booklet and discuss what cheering COVID rules will have to be followed in order to resume practices. Here are some things that we discussed....The first 15 minutes of each practice we will have mandatory Pre-Screening checks done by the BASD/Training Staff. Each Cheerleader will be required to wear a mask until she has been pre-screened and is cleared by the Trainer to practice. Each Cheerleader will practice 6 ft. social distancing the entire duration of pre-screening and for each practice. Once cleared each Cheerleader will be allowed to go to her assigned practice/workout location. IMPORTANT: If you have a Fever, Headache, shortness of breath or are just not feeling well then you should stay home. As per the Athletic Department Regarding prescreenings: Any cheerleader whom arrives late after pre-screenings will NOT be permitted to participate in practice/workouts that day and will be sent home immediately. All Cheerleaders are required to bring their own water bottles or sports drinks to practice with them. Come to practice dressed in your practice attire. At the conclusion of each practice as per the Athletic Office each Cheerleader will be required to go directly to their car and go home. No Loitering is allowed after practice. In order to keep everyone safe these rules will be followed accordingly and there will be NO exceptions. As review in our Zoom Meeting and phone conversations should have signed up their Cheerleader on Family ID. To Sign-up if you havent done so yet, please Go to familyID.com Click create account. Once you have signed up remember to print the physical paper on Family ID to be completed by a physician.
