Indoor Work-outs 2015

Indoor work-outs will begin on Wednesday - 1/14 from 2:30 - 4pm @ Five Points Elem Gym. They will continue every Wednesday through March 11th. Off season waivers are mandatory and can be found on the webpage under files or can be picked up outside of the athletic office beginning Thursday, 1/8. When arriving to work-outs, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE FRONT OFFICE. The back door by the gym is the only way athletes are allowed to enter. Prior to work-outs, please have your stick taped and be ready to begin at 2:30.
Field Hockey Spring Workouts

Spring workouts will be held every Wednesday from April 16th through June 4th between 5:30-7:00 PM on the middle school field hockey field.

Pocono Dome Players:
*Payment is past due - drop off to Coach Kienzle at the Middle School office or in the Athletic Office at the high school. Those are your only two options - do NOT bring payments to the Pocono Dome.
*If you are unable to make a game, you need to notify Coach Kienzle AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Banquet invitations went home yesterday - RSVPs are due back by Friday, October 24th to Coach Kienzle. Girls can turn in their RSVPs before the season ends or next week during equipment returns; otherwise RSVPs can be sent through inter school mail or dropped off at the Middle School. Please put everything in an envelope labeled with your daughter's name. Contact Coach Kienzle with any questions.

Physical update

Physicals are due to the high school athletic trainer by Thursday, July 31st. However, make-ups are scheduled for August 2nd; if you have a make-up physical completed please turn it in by Monday, August 4th. The make-ups are at Coordinated Health's Highland office off of Rt 22. The cost is $8 and the student-athlete must bring the school issued physical packet to Coordinated Health. The student-athlete is also responsible for telling Coordinated Health that they are a Bangor athlete in order to get the rate.
Conditioning Workouts
