Biography:
Tamara Utess is a 7th Grade Life Science teacher at Bangor Area Middle School. She has been coaching cheer over 14 years in the Bangor area including: Slater youth organization, formerly Blue Valley Patriots, Rebels Elite Cheer and both Bangor High School (2001-2002) and Bangor Middle School (2019-Current). Tamara’s love of cheer comes from her own experiences in cheerleading including; cheering kindergarten through 12th grade, Cheering at East Stroudsburg University, performing in the halftime show in the 1999 Outback Bowl in Orlando Florida and competing at the 1999 NCA National competition in Dallas Texas as a Bangor Slater. Tamara enjoys working with the girls and helping them achieve their highest level o f cheerleading abilities.
