Richie Smith.
Assistant Head Coach / Defensive Coord.
Biography:
Coach Smith is in his sixth year as a coach. He had numerous honors as a standout two-way starter at Pen Argyl High School, and was heavyweight state champion in 2006-2007. He continued his playing career at the University of Buffalo where he lettered all four years, and was a starter for much of that time.

Ryan Pysher.
Defensive Assistant
Biography:
Ryan was a 2012 graduate of Bangor Area High School where he played football, basketball, and baseball. Ryan was captain of the football team. He went on to play football at Moravian College and graduated in 2016 where he earned a Bachelor's degree in sociology. Ryan was a four year letter winner for the Greyhounds. Ryan has been coaching in the district since 2016 in multiple sports. He is currently the Special Teams Coordinator and Defensive Line Coach for the football team. Coach Pysher has been coaching in the basketball program since 2016 serving as the Assistant and Head Middle School Coach, as well as the Junior High Head Coach. He is in his 1st season of coaching the Junior Varsity team. Ryan is currently employed as a teacher at the Colonial Academy and resides in the Bangor school district.
John Deboer.

Biography:
Coach DeBoer is in his 6th year as a high school assistant. Coach DeBoer is a 1983 graduate of Bangor High School where he was a 2 year varsity letter winner and All League LB and TE. He continued his career at Delaware Valley College.
Russ Horn.

Biography:
This will be Coach Horn's 4th year coaching with the Slaters. He is a 2011 graduate of Bangor High School where he lettered in Football and Track and Field. He then attended East Stroudsburg University. He is excited to be a part of the staff again helping to coach the wide receivers and defensive backs.
