Head Middle School Coach
Biography:
Coach Stephanie begins her second year as a member of the Bangor Lady Slaters coaching staff. A graduate of Pocono Mountain West High school, she was a 4 year varsity basketball player and lead the team to an MVC Championship. She was then recruited to play for Mansfield University. Stephanie also coached in the Pocono Mountain East Girls Basketball program. Currently Stephanie is a paraprofessional in the Bangor Area School District and runs a non-profit organization called Fighting For Foundation which supports special needs children.
Taylor Lozano.
Assistant Middle School Coach
Biography:
Coach Taylor Lozano is in her fourth year with the Slater program. She graduated from Allentown Central Catholic where she was a four year letter winner in basketball. After high school, Taylor attended Florida Southern College and played four years on the Women’s Basketball team. Taylor was then able to attend Bloomsburg University and participated on their Women’s Basketball Program (1 year from a medical hardship). Taylor has a variety of basketball experience from helping coach the Bloomsburg University Women’s Basketball team, to running her own business, Invictus Athletes in sports performance and basketball training. Taylor and her husband Marc reside in Bangor with their daughters Gracie and Magdalene.
