Wrestling Hydration Testing

Hydration testing for wrestlers in grades 7-12 will be done on October 29, 2015 after school. All wrestlers should report to the high school training room. Please review the 2015 PIAA Wrestling Weight Control Manual for full information. Wrestlers who do not meet hydration requirements can test again 24 hours later. Testing will not be done on the weekend. Please contact Coach Thompson or Meriah Hopstetter with questions.
