Vinnie Andrews.
Head Coach/ Offensive Coordinator
Biography:
Coach Andrews will be entering his 16 th year of coaching. Previous stops included Nazareth, Pen Argyl, Allentown Central Catholic and Pocono Mt. East. Coach Andrews is a 2003 graduate of Lehighton Area High School and a 2007 graduate of Albright College where he was a four-year letter winner and Captain his senior season. Coach Andrews is employed at the Bangor High School as the Student Assistant Specialist.
Biography:
Coach Reduzzi is entering his thirty-fifth year of coaching High School Football. Coach Reduzzi was a former Head Coach for 28 years. Coach Reduzzi teaches Mathematics at Moravian Academy. He and his wife Becky have three daughters; Nicole. Morgan. and Lauren. They also have three grandchildren; Robby, Rhett, and Hazel.
Donnie Hawk.

Biography:
Coach Hawk is a 1996 graduate of Bangor High School. After graduating from college he began coaching for the rival Pen Argyl Green Knights, where he would spend 13 seasons. In 2013 he returned to his alma mater as the head coach before stepping down after the 2014 season. 2019 will be his 16th year as a high school football coach. He is also a social studies teacher at Bangor High School.
Ryan Pysher.

Biography:
Coach Pysher is a 2012 graduate of Bangor High School. While at Bangor, he played football, basketball, and baseball. He went on to play football at Moravian College and was a four-year starter. His senior year they played in the first ever Centennial/MAC conference bowl game. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and minored in Business Management. He is currently employed as a Mental Health worker for the Colonial IU20 working at the Colonial Academy. Ryan also is an Assistant Varsity Football coach. He coached the linebackers as well as being the JV Defensive Coordinator.
Mike Palos.
QB/LBs
Biography:
Coach Mike Palos is entering his first year at Bangor. Coach Palos comes to Bangor after serving as the WR Coach at Emmaus last year. This is Coach Palos’ 16th season coaching. He started his coaching career at his alma mater, Bethlehem Catholic, where he was a Quarterbacks Coach & Offensive Coordinator before becoming the Head Football Coach in 2009. Coach Palos also coached at Liberty High School where he served as Quarterbacks Coach and Easton High School where he coached quarterbacks for two seasons before becoming Offensive Coordinator for the 2019 and 2020 seasons. Coach Palos graduated from Bethlehem Catholic in 1996 where he was a three-sport athlete. He then attended Lafayette College where he played quarterback for the football team and pitched for the baseball team. When he is not coaching, Coach Palos is a Learning Support Teacher at Easton High School. He is married to his lovely wife, Erica, and they have two boys - Lincoln (6) and Wyatt (3).
Caden Dailey.

Biography:
Caden Dailey is in his first-year assistant coach here at Bangor Area High school. Coach Dailey will be assisting with the Offensive and Defensive lines. Coach Dailey graduated from Nazareth Area High School in 2019 where I was a two-year varsity starter on both the offensive and defensive lines. In the spring of 2023, Coach Dailey graduated from Kutztown University and obtained my degree in Secondary Education Social Studies. The 2024-2025 school year will be my second year as an educator at Bangor Area High School. Coach Dailey is grateful for the opportunity to be included in the proud community and football program that we boast here at Bangor Area High School.
Randy McCray.
Offensive Line Coach
Biography:
Randy McCray is a first-Year offensive line coach at Bangor High School. Before arriving at Bangor, Coach McCray formally coached 9 Years as an offensive and defensive line coach in New York City ending the 2023-24 season as both New York City and New York State champions (AAA). Prior to coaching, Coach McCray was a two-sport athlete at Lincoln University, receiving all-conference honors in both football and track and field. Coach McCray will be teaching Special Education at Bangor High School.
