PHYSICAL DUE DATE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOTBALL CHEERING

All Physicals for Middle School Cheerleading will be due on 8/11/2020. If you do not have your Physical turned in on time you will NOT be able to participate in mandatory practice on 8/17/2020 and it will be unexcused. NO Physicals will be accepted or handed in on 8/17/2020. An appointment time will be scheduled for you to hand in your Physical on 8/18/2020 and you will be notified as to what your time to come to in to hand it in will be.
